Gentlemen, Start Your Engines!!!
Rules of the Race...
It's all pretty basic.  Here's a link to a very "easy to read" set of instructions on how to configure some of your settings and what you can and cannot do during the race.  Click Here to read the rules.

Make sure to follow the instructions, which are few, but especially pay attention to the one stating that you need to turn of "detect collisions with other aircraft", since you will be stacking up like flapjacks at the starting line on the runway.  It will look weird from the external view, but you should be inside, getting ready to win a race, and should not notice anything different!   Visit the forum for more tips and tricks for the race.

The aircraft that we will be using is the Aero Commander 560, a bit more power than the 520 we used in a previous race.  It is designed by Milton Shupe, panel by Scott Thomas and textures by Andre Folkers with alpha and beta testing, feedback, and input by Team Commander Members.  An excellent model and perfect for the Grand Championship Race!

It's back to the beauty of the Alps for this Grand Championship Race.  You'll negotiate valleys and mountains, and you'll see some fantastic scenery.  The race will start at Innsbruck, Austria, with the destination being announced 24 hours before the race.  It will take about 1 hour to complete.

More information will be supplied to the racers by email 24 hours before the race, to give you a chance to run through the course at least once.
Good Luck!!!

All racers...Please let me know if there is any conflict with the dates of the race.  It will just be past champs, so we can work around all your schedules if need be.
